We’re excited to announce that we’ll be running another seminar in Cincinnati on April 15. Training will be held at Sawyer Point in downtown Cincinnati. The day will be split into two blocks: 12pm to 2:20pm and 2:40pm to 5pm. This event is the perfect opportunity to begin your parkour journey or receive guidance as you learn more about the discipline.

We can now confirm the Level 1 ADAPT course we will be running from May 22-24. The course will be administered by Parkour Generations coaches Dan Edwardes and Chris “Blane” Rowat.

There are still a couple spots left in the certification, so if you are interested in becoming an ADAPT certified coach, send an email to nick@parkourhorizons.com ASAP to reserve your spot in the certification!

Our training schedule for the spring has been finalized. In addition to our outdoor classes on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, we are now teaching classes indoor at Whetstone Community Center, Carriage Place Community Center and Gym X-Treme.
