Adult Parkour —

Empowered through Movement

Appropriate even for those never hearing of parkour before, each class will first focus on developing a love of movement and fitness through fun obstacle courses and other movement challenges.

Beginner students will learn fundamental movement techniques to build athleticism and maintain their own safety. Any students that become comfortable with the fundamentals will be challenged to develop speed, power, and coordination with techniques increasing in difficulty and utility. Lastly, students who have shown a proficiency with intermediate movements and are looking to develop a high level of skill may be instructed on advanced techniques such as double kongs, rail precisions at height, etc.

The classes will be different every day based on our always changing theme of the week and our movable gym equipment. Multiple coaches will be on staff, so in the case of larger classes the group can split into experience levels.

Open to members and on a drop-in basis.

  • Monday and Thursday @ 7:30p – 8:30p
  • Saturday @ 4:00p – 5:00p

Flips & Tricks —

(all ages 6+)

Freerunning is parkour’s acrobatic cousin – all about adding flips, tricks, and flare to your movement. In this class, we will begin to introduce acrobatics such as palm spins, cartwheels, front flips, and more.

As a start to ensuring the safety of our students, we only allow those having passed a Level 1 Skills Test to take our Flips & Tricks Class. Teens aged 13-17 may have taken either the Youth or Adult Level 1 Skills Test to qualify.

Open to members and on a drop-in basis.

  • Tuesday @ 7:30p – 8:30p

Adult/Teen Mini-Series —

90 min Sessions for Focused Progression

A pilot program we’re trying out for adults and teens ages 13+, our Mini-Series will meet Tuesdays 7:30p-9p for 4 weeks (same time as the Flips & Tricks class).

Limited to 8 spots for this first one.

$70 for the course, or included as a bonus to our Gold Members.

We’re currently taking votes on what the theme will be for this first series.
A) Foundations

For those wanting to get a good handle on their basics, to feel confident in their environment with the tools needed to move around safely.

B) Conditioning through Movement

Much more than just a Workout of the Day, these will be novel ways of building strength and cardio endurance through parkour movement. We won’t be doing barbell squats or kettlebell swings, but we might work as a team to get all the weights in the gym to the highest point without touching the ground.

C) Honing Technique
In our regular classes we try to use a variety of obstacles and movements to keep things fun and exciting. In a course about honing techniques, we’ll really deep dive into a single movement each week, cleaning it up to perfection while exploring how many different ways to apply it.

  • Tuesday @ 7:30p – 9:00p

4 spots left – reserve yours and tell us your vote on what the focus should be!
