Teen Parkour —

Empowered through Movement


A class for ages 12-15 requiring no prior experience, this class will be structured much like the Kids Level 1 and Adult/Teen 13+ classes, but provides a time for teens to train together in their own age group. We will focus on developing a love of movement and fitness through fun obstacle courses and other movement challenges. Students will learn fundamental movement techniques to build athleticism and maintain their own safety. The classes will be different every day based on our always changing theme of the week and our movable gym equipment.

Note: Unlike our Kids Parkour classes, there are no levels in Teen Parkour Class. Children aged 12 and under may take the appropriate Skills Tests to participate in Level 2 or 3 groups in Kids Classes, and Teens aged 13 and up may attend Adult/Teen Parkour class if they prefer – but both Teen Parkour and Adult/Teen Parkour classes are structured to challenge students at all proficiency levels. As Teen and Adult class sizes grow, we will consider adding classes for those students interested in higher level training.

Flips & Tricks —

(all ages 6+)


Freerunning is parkour’s acrobatic cousin – all about adding flips, tricks, and flare to your movement. In this class, we will begin to introduce acrobatics such as palm spins, cartwheels, front flips, and more.

As a start to ensuring the safety of our students, we only allow those having passed a Level 1 Skills Test to take our Flips & Tricks Class. Teens aged 13-17 may have taken either the Youth or Adult Level 1 Skills Test to qualify.

Open to members and on a drop-in basis.
