Keeping Quiet

This past week’s theme was “Keeping Quiet”. We focused on quieting our own movement and keeping the environment quiet as we move within it. We slowed down our movement to cultivate more understanding and awareness of the control and stability required to move quietly and efficiently.



Closed October 1st for Wedding of the Century!

Coach Joe and Coach Libby are finally tying the knot! So in honor of this next step in their journey, we will be closed next Saturday, October 1st to show our love and support. We look forward to seeing you all on Monday the 3rd as we resume our regular schedule.

Coach Joe and Coach Richard will be heading off to New York this weekend for the Art of Retreat. This is a seminar to help dive deeper into the discipline by sharing knowledge and experience from all over as practitioners, coaches, community leaders, documentarians, and trail blazers. Coach Joe will be one of the many amazing presenters at this event. His talk will be a deep dive into shoulder anatomy.
