What to Bring


(Ages 6+)


These classes allow for families and students of all ages and abilities to train together.

The Community Parkour classes are 90 minutes which allows more time to focus on strength and skill development as well as getting in that complete workout while learning how to train in a community setting.

The classes will be different every day based on our always changing theme of the week and our movable gym equipment. Multiple coaches will be on staff, so in the case of larger classes and classes with multiple ages the group can split into experience levels.

Open to members and on a drop-in basis.


  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 7:00p – 8:30p (90 mins.)
  • Saturday @ 1:00p – 2:30p


(ages 10+)


Freerunning is parkour’s acrobatic cousin – all about adding flips, tricks, and flare to your movement. In this class, we will begin to introduce acrobatics such as palm spins, cartwheels, front flips, and more.

Open to members and on a drop-in basis.
