TEEN PARKOUR —

(ages 12-15)

About

A class for ages 12-15 requiring no prior experience, this class will be structured much like the Kids and Adult/Teen 13+ classes, but provides a time for teens to train together in their own age group. We will focus on developing a love of movement and fitness through fun obstacle courses and other movement challenges. Students will learn fundamental movement techniques to build athleticism and maintain their own safety. The classes will be different every day based on our always changing theme of the week and our movable gym equipment.

Open to members and on a drop-in basis.

Schedule

  • Wednesday and Thursday @ 6:30p – 7:30p

COMMUNITY PARKOUR —

(ages 6+)

About

With these classes we wanted to welcome the whole community to our classes, allowing people of all ages and abilities to train together.

The Monday and Tuesday classes are 90 minutes which allows more time to focus on strength and skill development as well as getting in that complete workout.

The classes will be different every day based on our always changing theme of the week and our movable gym equipment. Multiple coaches will be on staff, so in the case of larger classes and classes with multiple ages the group can split into experience levels.

Open to members and on a drop-in basis.

FREERUNNING —

(ages 10+)

About

Freerunning is parkour’s acrobatic cousin – all about adding flips, tricks, and flare to your movement. In this class, we will begin to introduce more acrobatics with twists and combinations.

Open to members and on a drop-in basis.
